Coach Stephen and Richard pick a few listener questions and discuss the merits of fat fasting. Next, Stephen mentioned about ketones vs MCT oils as to what's the best approach and wanted Richard’s thoughts. The two talked about how fat fasting is brutal but very effective. Richard continued to say that there are so many benefits to it such as a rapid way to lose weight, improved insulin sensitivity, and increased fat oxidation. We may not have the ability to make decisions very well in the face of a highly complex world because we often don't fully understand or consider the implications of our choices. This can lead to negative consequences, such as poor health outcomes or the perpetuation of damaging systems. Additionally, our understanding of "healthy" or "unhealthy" behaviors may be influenced by cultural norms or societal pressures, rather than actual scientific evidence. Therefore, it's important to be open-minded, question the information we receive.
Richard and Stephen are asked about bad 'good and bad LDL" cholesterol numbers, and say that there is no such thing as "good and bad" LDL
