Colleen Eliminate MS Symptoms & Acne with Carnivore Diet
Colleen began experiencing symptoms similar to MS, such as fatigue, brain fog, and muscle inflammation. She tried various treatments and diets, such as eliminating dairy and gluten, and taking supplements and medications, but nothing seemed to help. The symptoms worsened during her pregnancy, but she was able to manage them with medication. After giving birth, her symptoms returned with a vengeance, and she was eventually diagnosed with MS and was convinced to start medications. Colleen experienced various health issues such as fatigue, skin issues, and menstrual problems for years. She tried different diets, including a strict vegan diet, but didn’t see much improvement.
Colleen was diagnosed with MS at the age of 23 after experiencing symptoms for almost a year. She was prescribed medication, but experienced terrible side effects and her symptoms continued to worsen. She decided to take control of her health and started researching alternative ways to manage her MS. She found the Wahl's Protocol, which focuses on nutrient-dense foods, but found the carnivore diet to be more simplistic and easier to follow. She then watched a vegan documentary and went heavily plant based, which helped with her chronic constipation but also resulted in her developing kidney stones and thyroid nodules. She also dealt with hospitalization due to bacteria from her green smoothies. She then tried a raw fruit diet but couldn't stick with it for more than a month. After all of this, she decided to try a carnivore.
